We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to join our team. As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications will be crucial in developing efficient and effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to analyze requirements, design solution architectures, and oversee the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in one or more functional areas and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion technology.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion solutions, aligning them with business requirements and best practices.

+ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for Oracle Fusion implementations.

+ Conduct analysis of existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend Oracle Fusion-based solutions.

+ Develop solution blueprints, technical designs, and architectural documentation for Oracle Fusion implementations.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Oracle Fusion architecture standards.

+ Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

+ Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Oracle technology and industry trends, assessing their potential impact and recommending relevant solutions and strategies.

+ Perform system performance analysis and optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

+ Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure the security and integrity of Oracle Fusion solutions.

+ Guide and mentor team members on Oracle technology, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ Proven experience of at least 5 years as an Oracle Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing Oracle Fusion solutions.

+ In-depth knowledge of one or more Oracle Cloud functional area (supply chain, finance, HCM, etc).

+ Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementation methodologies and tools.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions using Oracle Fusion technology.

+ Familiarity with Oracle database technologies and SQL.

+ Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion technology and supply chain management (e.g., Oracle Certified Expert, etc.) are highly desirable.
