KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.
+ Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) planning, program/project management, development, requirements management services / acquisition support, integration / engineering services, portfolio management, and process improvement
+ Manage software development lifecycle including requirements collection, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
+ Manage lifecycle processes, contracts, budgets, resources with CIO and senior engagement stakeholders
+ Provide documented assessments, updates, guidance, and recommendations regarding data governance, roadmaps, processes, and data standards through proactive discovery
+ Assist mission stakeholders with planning for future data needs
+ Manage and supervise personnel involved in aspects of project activity
+ A minimum of three years of federal program management experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
+ Experience in program management within the DoD or Intelligence sectors
+ Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
+ Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
+ U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + poly security clearance
