The Strategic Revenue Planning Director will lead improvements in net revenue and collection rate, and will serve as the liaison for commercial contracting. The director is responsible for leading the strategic analysis and planning of financial profitability for all service lines to include identifying impacts and opportunities related to changes in strategic pricing, supply chain, payer requirements, pay for performance, bundled payment programs, payor penalties, case mix, case rate reimbursement, uncompensated care and bad debt.The director will lead and support clinical leadership and the executive team in strategic direction for growth in services, cost savings opportunities, financial profitability of service lines and will serve as the financial advisor on Care Process Models. The Director will actively lead and participate in internal and external committees. Collaborates with representatives throughout the organization to plan, organize and execute strategies with the goal of enhancing financial outcomes.This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field. Master's degree in related field highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of relevant experience (e.g., business development, strategic planning, health care consulting) is required. Prior director level experience preferred.
