KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Risk Management to join our Inspections organization.
+ Apply a fundamental understanding of the inspections systems to become a resource for inspections group and rotational
+ Maintain accurate data entry into the inspections logistics team database
+ Create spreadsheets for team resource management
+ Establish credibility and trust by working with leaders to ensure the review team's activities are being completed in a timely manner; manage projects and processes that impact the Risk organization
+ Participate and manage quality review meetings, ensure that meetings run efficiently and that all suggested changes are made and communicated to review teams
+ Give account for a significant role within a project, process or program to support the Inspections group as directed; primarily support our expanding Americas inspections program, south region
+ Minimum three years of recent related work experience in auditing, preferred
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
+ Experience with risk initiatives, programs and inspections logistics in public accounting firm or equivalent, preferred
+ Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
+ Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members 800oth
