KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Global Audit Learning and Development organization.
+ Work on the design and development of Audit learning and performance solutions from needs analysis to deployment and measurement
+ Research internal/external content to meet the business needs
+ Write Audit training material for global Audit professionals
+ Works with subject matters experts to develop training materials
+ Develops learning solutions across a range of modalities
+ Minimum two years of recent experience in Audit Client Service Delivery with a CPA is required
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university
+ Adult learning design and development, performance solutions design and development, evaluation of learning solutions and project management is a plus
+ Exceptional writing skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
