**Sr Cloud Program Manager**
+ Lead team of operations, architectural, and development staff covering multiple cloud projects and initiatives
+ Manage and expand a cloud services portfolio
+ Primary point of contact with federal clients and stakeholders
+ Work with a team of DevOps/SecOps Engineers to architect cloud (primarily AWS) solutions with the responsibility to ensure the customer maintains an overall cohesive integration with itself, partner systems, and solutions.
+ Build assets and services required in the architecture.
+ Work with the customer to integrate the Cloud environment into their existing environments.
+ Work with the development team to ensure that the architecture will support the proposed applications.
+ Work with a team of DevOps/SecOps Engineers to architect and deliver AWS solutions.
+ Support and advise on application assessment, migration and modernization.
+ Guides the successful completion of major engineering programs.
+ Develops advanced solutions to highly complex engineering problems.
+ Drives scalability and operability of supported systems/infrastructure.
+ U. S. Citizen
+ Ability to secure a Public Trust clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
+ 10 years experience in leading projects, 5 years of which leading programs with multiple operational and development projects
+ PMP certificate
+ 3+ years’ AWS experience in a program delivery role.
+ Expertise in cloud service delivery models
+ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and development teams
+ Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing to convey cloud technologies and solutions to customer personnel
+ Ability to work within a collaborative team and a fast-paced dynamic environment.
+ 3+ years’ experience working within a DevSecOps/DevOps environment, utilizing AWS services, solutions, and provisioning/automating AWS infrastructure, services and tools.
+ Experience with third-party tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible Knowledge of end-to-end modern agile software development.
+ Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification from one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
+ Agile Certification
+ ITIL Certification
+ Virtual, with the ability to travel to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. For example, a couple of weeks at start up and one week every two months.

The likely salary range for this position is $160,000 - $240,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
