**Position Title:**

Production Worker – Gilroy Box

**Pay Rate** :

$21.00 – $21.34

**Category/Shift** :

Hourly Full-Time – Must be **flexible to work all three shifts** , work 12 hours as need, and Saturdays as needed.

1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ Responsible to Plant Management for the day-to-day safe operations

+ Assist as assigned through the facility (feeding and stacking at various machines, and assist with hand labor and housekeeping).

+ Understand basic principles of corrugated (flutes, corrugation direction, and various substrates).

+ Assist Assistant Operator and Operator with set-ups and production on machine

+ Ensure the quality of the finished product produced at each machine center is carried out in the most efficient manner with company quality and production requirements.

+ Ability to detect, prevent and resolve quality issues

+ Be able to read a tape measure, read and understand job specifications and follow directions

+ Capable of performing basic math and communication skills

+ Be able to stand, walk, reach, twist, bend and lift using safety precautions to prevent injury.

+ Must be willing to work overtime as needed
