JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Acevedo Lab in the College of Agricultural Sciences is looking for 4 motivated candidates to fill 4 summer part-time positions. The successful candidates will conduct research experiments with Spotted Lanternfly in State College and Adams County. The position does not require previous research experience, but the successful applicant must be punctual, organized, dependable, honest and an excellent team member.

Ideally, the applicants should be able to work between 20 - 40 hours per week from July to December 2022. The positions are based in State College and Adams County, Pennsylvania. The compensation is $15 dollars per hour.

The position’s start days are July and August of 2022. The review of applications will begin soon as applications are uploaded and continue until suitable candidates are found.
