+ **Schedule:** 1.0 FTE. Split between Franklin and All Saints. One set day off during the week. No weekend office hours, except for when on call. Schedule built around 28 patient facing clinic hours per week.

+ **Call Schedule:** Participates in the Racine call group. 24 hour in house. 3-4 days a month.

+ **Practice Detail:** General OB/GYN, Robotics, Non stress tests for OB patients, in office ultrasound.

+ **EMR System:** EPIC

+ **Location:** Ascension Franklin Hospital and Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine.

**Responsibilities**

Ascension Franklin Hospital is looking for an OB/GYN Physician for our OB/GYN practice both in Franklin and at All Saints Hospital in Racine. It will be a 1.0 FTE split between the two hospitals and will take call with the Racine group.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension to provide medical services to our OB/GYN patients.

**Position Highlights:**

+ Franklin - 1 GYN Physician, Nurse Midwife, NP. 3 physicians from Racine come and see patients at Franklin 1 day a week (2 OB/GYN, 1 Urogynocologist).

+ Beautiful clinic setting with a collegiate group of doctors.

+ Fast growing practice.

+ OB/GYN procedure room.

+ Medical Assistant that will travel between Franklin and Racine. Shared RN at Franklin.

+ 2 exam rooms in Franklin. 3 exam rooms in Racine.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.

+ Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.

+ Accepts patient referrals from other physicians. Acts as admitting, attending and/or consulting physician for patients who require hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses, depending on needs of patients, medical staff and hospital.

+ Participates in academic programs (e.g. medical education and research) as requested.

+ Provides appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner.

+ Participates in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on call schedules.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

**Required Credential(s):**

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

**Preferred Credential(s):**

• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.

**Education:**

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
