At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be trusted to work on eLearning services and solutions for our government customer.

In this role, a typical day will include:

+ Solving the customer’s eLearning management service delivery challenges.

+ The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.

+ Primary point of contact for the Program Management Office (PMO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), OPM Contracting Officer (CO), and Subcontractors.

+ Responsible for the overall performance and execution of the program including the software release project plan, staffing, budget, and schedule.

+ Works with Agile Scrum Master determining sprint velocities and project time utilization.

+ Coordinates with Learning Systems Administrators and customers on objectives, requirements, daily operations status, and the duties that must be performed in the support of customer requirements.

+ Your success will be measured through on time, on budget, high quality delivery of eLearning management solutions and services.


+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Ten (10) years of Program Management of federal contracts including programs focused on learning technology and HRIS development, integration and support

+ Experience with development of learning content

+ Project Management Professional (PMP)® is required

+ Program Management Professional (PGmP)®* certification is highly desired

+ Current Secret, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance or a current Top Secret clearance.
