The Customer Service Support Specialist provides assistance and incident resolution support to BayCare's IS customers. The Customer Service Support Specialist provides excellent and timely technical support and troubleshooting for systems. The Customer Service Support Specialist works with other team members to implement and provide system and technology support, system security, and preventative maintenance programs. Maintains department-wide communication to ensure prompt incident resolution, repair and replacement of hardware, software and system functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Preferred Experience:**

+ 2 years Helpdesk or Desktop Support Experience

+ A Certification

+ HDI Certification
