**Shift** : Days, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

**Location:** 895 Howard Gap Road; Fletcher, NC 28732

+ Contributes to the overall patient experience.

+ Supports the clinical team in administrative tasks.

+ Monitors and adheres to metrics-based performance standards.

+ Facilitates seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.

+ Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

+ Excellent Customer Service skills

+ Strong computer skills

+ Experience with internet-based applications.

+ Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records programs

+ Call center/Clinic telephony experience

**Education:**

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

**Field of Study:**

**Work Experience:**

• 2+ years + clinical experience [Required]
