**Warehouse Supervisor - Enderlin, ND**

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

**Essential Job Functions**

+ Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.

+ Training and development of employees

+ Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.

+ Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

+ Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.

+ Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

+ Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

+ Perform inventory cycle counts.

+ Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.

+ Communicate and interact with other departments and customers.

+ Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.

**Job Qualifications:**

+ 3 or more years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar supervisor/management role..

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). .

+ Possession of a valid driver’s license required

+ 3+ years of experience and knowledge in warehouse operations.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

+ Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS program preferred.

+ Experience with SAP preferred.
