What You’ll Do This role is core to our vision and strategy to spear head our next generation of vertical focused professional services offering. As a leader of healthcare in CX product management and incubation, you will provide an overall oversight of the healthcare industry specific offer definitions and requirements across the emerging solution portfolio and the evolution of same against the requirements to support various CX offers. You will understand and easily able to articulate the evolving market for the healthcare products against the evolving business needs and unique opportunistic needs as defined by the Healthcare Practice team within CX Product Management function as well as across the different Cisco portfolio functional teams. You will be seen and recognized as a thought leader, who not only recognizes and builds on our organizational strengths, but also brings new perspective and ideas in to the team. Who You’ll Work With In this exciting role, you'll be empowered to make a difference, establish a reputation, and position yourself for continued growth. This role will work across CX and the broader Cisco groups, partner closely and collaborate with various leaders such as TTG, field delivery, Sales/ISG, Marketing, CX Cloud Platform, CX Cloud Operations, CX CTO, as well as Chief Information and Security Officer, Program Management, Data and Analytics etc and their teams to drive adoption of a security mindset and practices. Specifically, you will: * Responsible for having an overall vision of the CX Healthcare solution and offer portfolio, and clearly laid out execution plan * Lead team of product managers to define and drive use cases, product requirements, roadmap prioritization and release plan for the platform across the entire CXDM process. * Collaborate with the product line owners and product owners to handle the intricate details of their product segments within the overall project vision. * Go to person who can convey the E2E view of the solutions (architecture, strategy, execution, status, data etc.) Who You Are You are a motivated self-starter with a bias for action. You have a consistent track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment with organizational skills to lead multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively. You have cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among the senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization. Our minimum requirements are the following: * You've achieved a Bachelors in EE or CS, or have equivalent work experience with a Master’s degree (MS/MBA) * Has 12+ years of combined experience in engineering, product management or solution architecture; minimum of 3+ experience in healthcare product management * Strong understanding of Healthcare Middleware Integration * Strong knowledge of HL7 Interface development/engineering * Strong understanding of IaaS (AWS, GCP), PaaS (Cloud Foundry etc) and cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Docker). * Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and modern web and application development concepts & technologies * Proven track record for launching new healthcare products and driving customer adoption * Healthcare Product or Application Ownership Experience * Strong understanding of Healthcare Compliance and Security regulations * Strong understanding of Healthcare Provider operational business model and clinical responsibilities * A thought leader and influencer with experience in driving mindset shifts * Has a bias towards taking action, learning from customers, measuring success and iterating to improve * Builds trust and relationships with key stakeholders in engineering, sales, delivery and customer success to enable their respective success * It’s in our culture to learn, adapt and improve, and you'll be someone who isn’t afraid to try new things.
