**Shift:** Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Hours may vary)

**Schedule:** Full-Time

**Status:** Non‑Exempt | **Remote Work:** Not eligible

**Role Overview**

As a **Medical Assistant or LPN** , you will support providers and clinical teams by delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced physician office setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments

+ Obtain patient histories, vitals, and clinical information

+ Perform routine lab procedures and prepare specimens for transport

+ Follow up on test orders and communicate results to providers and patients

+ Maintain and update patient electronic medical records (EMR)

+ Provide patient education materials and support patient inquiries

+ Maintain medical equipment and order clinical supplies

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations

+ Support overall clinical workflow and patient care

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Education – Required**

+ High School Diploma or GED

**Certifications / Licensure – Required**

+ Medical Assistant certification within 6 months of hire

+ OR active credential as EMT, NREMT, or Paramedic

+ OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

**Experience**

+ **Preferred:** 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
