Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operators (Haul Truck Drivers)

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $22.30/hr. with 13% monthly bonus based on performance and attendance

Available Shifts As A Heavy Equipment Operator:

  • 1st Shift: 6 AM – 4 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • Mid Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • Night Shift: 8 PM – 6 AM (Thurs-Mon)

  • Load, haul, and unload materials efficiently
  • Perform basic maintenance like greasing, fluid checks, and changing screens/guards
  • Assist maintenance crew with repairs
  • Keep your work area clean and safe
  • Complete accurate production paperwork

Requirements – How To Be A Successful Heavy Equipment Operator:

  • 2+ years heavy equipment experience (haul trucks, loaders, skid steers)
  • Underground mining experience is a plus
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Strong safety focus, following all MSHA regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED preferred
  • Dependable with solid attendance
  • Pass pre-employment physical exam and drug test
  • Comfortable working underground in all temperatures
  • Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures daily
