**Job Description:**

With limited supervision, performs basic to highly complex consulting analyses (e.g., operations improvement, software requirements, organizational design, etc.) to support client business needs. Conducts interviews and data, software, and document reviews to identify key gaps preventing clients from achieving their program/organizational goals. Prepares moderate to highly complex sections of management consulting reports. Coordinates the collection of client, industry relevant, and other related market data to support consulting analyses. Supports the implementation/improvement of new software and mobile tools by coordinating the efforts of technical staff and client personnel. Trains end users in how to use the new hardware/software and on their roles and responsibilities. With limited supervision, prepares basic to highly complex sections of project deliverables. With limited supervision, facilitates meetings with clients to elicit information. Provides project status updates to clients, as required. Performs basic administrative activities such as organizing meetings, writing correspondence and organizing contract and project related materials.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree.

- 5 years of related experience.

- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

- The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Solid knowledge of asset management fundamentals, computerized maintenance management systems, and geographic information systems. Ability to think critically and develop comprehensive plans for addressing data, software, business process, and organizational needs. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical, professional and business materials.

• Experience implementing, or improving the use of, computerized maintenance management systems (preferably Maximo or SAP)

• Experience interviewing clients and facilitating meetings designed to efficiently elicit information

• Experience developing or refining condition assessment or preventive maintenance programs

• Experience developing or refining business processes and roles/responsibilities

**Skills and Abilities:**

Solid knowledge of corporate governance practices, organization design principles, accounting principles, finance, supply chain management, and organization management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical, professional and business materials.

**Background Check and Drug Testing Information:**

**Pay Range Minimum:**

$87,310

**Pay Range Maximum:**

$139,682

**Additional Compensation:**

All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.

**Work Location Options:**

Fully Remote or Hybrid Work Options may be considered for successful candidate.

**Driver's License Requirements:**

An appropriate and valid driver's license is required.
