Claims Administrator/Water Restoration
CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR: Roto-Rooter is a nationally recognized service company and is seeking an experienced claims administrator to join our fast growing water restoration team at our Denver, Colorado branch location. We are currently searching for a full time estimator to write estimates in Xactimate and follow up with both the customer and insurance adjuster for payment of the job.
Hourly wage for this position is between $22.00 per hour and $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. This is a non-exempt position.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
+ Fluent knowledge of Xactimate/write estimates for commercial & residential customers and submit to insurance for payment
+ 3-5 years insurance or water restoration industry experience
+ Working knowledge of restoration billing and collections procedures
+ Collections experience, preferably in the water restoration industry
+ Administrative experience in the restoration (preferred) or service industry
+ Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
+ Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
+ Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
+ Able to handle multiple projects at once
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a professional manner with customers and insurance industry
+ Bilingual a plus
Job Requirements:
+ 3 years Xactimate experience
+ Acceptable driving record
