KPMG is currently seeking a Representative, Compliance Services to join our Human Resources organization.
+ Daily processing and auditing of incoming HR Compliance documents within quality and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
+ Respond to HR related inquiries and transactions; maintain adequate documentation of communication with employees on compliance matters
+ Assist with compliance tracking of partners and employees for multiple state, federal and firm regulatory requirements and initiatives
+ Assist with compliance reporting to leadership and stakeholders
+ Support with other compliance-related projects, tasks, or roles as assigned
+ Minimum one year of recent working in an HR or Compliance environment or equivalent experience
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
+ Ability to handle highly confidential information
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to complete work assignments with minimum direct supervision
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
