This role is modeling, financial analysis that drives insights, and story telling your thing? Do you want to build a solid knowledge of AT&T organizations that build and maintain our 5G and Fiber networks, as well as all IT functions? **The Tech Orgs Finance team has an opportunity for you!**

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with strong blend of analytical and technical skills, who knows how to find the answer by manipulating large data sets and then creates visually appealing presentations/reporting for senior leadership to demonstrate findings and conclusions. Candidate that is willing to be challenged, who moves fast but with accuracy, solves problems, collaborates, and communicates with candor. The successful candidate will partner with peers across multiple Tech Orgs Finance organizations to assist Tech Orgs finance leadership with insights on monthly and quarterly results, develop forecasts and plans.

**Qualifications:**

+ Proficient in finance concepts, MBA/CPA/Finance or Accounting degree preferred

+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with large Excel files and advance formula creations and troubleshooting

+ Experience with Consolidation of Results, Outlook, and Plans

+ Knowledge/ability to extract financial data from AT&T Financial systems

+ Previous success in a BU CFO/ client-support role (expense preferred)

+ Advance knowledge or interest in modeling / forecasting and experience in some enterprise planning/forecasting tools/applications

+ Ability to do independent analysis to get answers

+ Ability to collaborate with individuals at multiple levels throughout the company

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Gather, interpret, and evaluate monthly and quarterly financial results, annual budgets and in-year outlooks across multiple sub-organizations covering incurred expenses and segment allocated spend

+ Executive reporting on key performance indicators, including Metrics that matter, OpCo, Headcount

+ Coordinate and ensure alignment across the teams on timelines, deliverables around results, forecasts/budgets etc.

+ Pursue opportunities to improve & streamline monthly book close and outlook/plan processes with automation and efficiencies.

Our Lead Financial Analysis earns between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
