+ Understanding of demand planning and ability to drive strategic change

+ Demonstrated experience with quantitative analysis, with an aptitude for synthesizing complex data into key components that drive informed decisions.

+ Comfortable working cross-functionally, and across organizational levels in different geographies.

+ Have strong writing, visualization and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, detailed, and impactful manner to senior executives.

**Description**

In this role, you will regularly balance ad-hoc requests with long-term projects and initiatives. We are looking for the ability to see beyond the data and translate information into impactful business insight — not limited to staffing strategy. It will be critical to understand current strategy, while thinking critically to find areas of opportunity to innovate and move the business forward. This role will be passionate about the intersection of data analysis and driving operational change. You will need a broad set of skills and understanding, while becoming a specialist on the staffing strategy that drives the business. These insights will help push for a better customer experience while helping drive efficiency. The role will require a fluid transition from an investigative to a big picture perspective, adjusting to the audience and objectives. To perform this job, you possess strong analytical skills and be able to efficiently communicate your insight to the highest levels of the company. Strong public speaking/presentation skills, and command presence is a requirement.

**Education & Experience**

BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related quantitative social/physical science MBA/MS a plus

**Additional Requirements**

+ 3+ years of data analytics experience.

+ Proven ability with SQL and Tableau preferred.

+ High level proficiency with Excel
