+ Deep understanding of and experience with cloud-native software architecture patterns/practices such as microservices, evolutionary architecture, event driven architecture, pub/sub and message driven systems, service oriented architecture, data integration, API first approaches.
+ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
+ Experience conducting architecture reviews and providing standard methodologies.
+ Thought leadership in recommending strategic technology options and technology product strategy
+ Experience driving adoption of enterprise standards and standard methodologies
+ Excellent presentation, documentation, communication and influencing skills as well as skills for influencing technology direction in business context. Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
+ A track record of critical problem solving and advanced technical troubleshooting to drive resolution to technical issues
+ Expert understanding of data models, database schemas, and optimization in domain driven design
+ Experience designing and implementing master data and / or data warehouse solutions
+ Familiarity with data governance workflows and leading practices
+ Familiarity with Marketing and Sales business workflows and applications
+ Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
You will oversee the design and development of end-to-end architecture for the Sales organization, including the vision, strategy, and principles for complex applications. You will be responsible for driving data resource development based on business needs and architecture principles. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical architecture for multiple complex projects - Identifying integration patterns and points between design areas across the stack - Identifying and championing the creation and use of common services and components - Making authoritative recommendations for technical issues, standards, and strategies - Collaborating with other engineering teams, business partners and data governance team to provide best in class architecture solutions - Managing data as a critical asset across all of the Sales organization’s business functions - Defining a robust and scalable solution architecture to manage data according to formal concepts, principles, and techniques within the governance platform - Partnering with other IT teams for the design, development, and implementation of enterprise information data models, data flows, data life cycle, and overall data management leading practices in a complex environment - Driving decision-making processes to align with business priorities and objectives related to key architecture solutions - Researching emerging technology trends, new models, vendor solutions and market opportunities to identify potential industry disruptors that could help the organization dominate their position in the market - Proactively communicating methodology, architecture, and results to a diverse set of partners Effective and efficient data management is our goal, and we expect you to meet our high standards for data governance and quality. **Education & Experience**
BS or MS in Data Management / Data Analytics / Engineering / Computer Science
+ 10+ years of experience designing and implementing master data and / or large-scale data architectures / cloud solutions
