+ 4+ years of experience developing learning programs and delivering content for training in the tech industry
+ Expertise in course facilitation
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
+ Ability to conduct working sessions with senior leaders to gather learning objectives and content requirements for learning programs
+ Knowledge of academic and/or vocational education curricula
+ Records maintenance skills
+ Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on research data and findings
+ Experience developing content for/within a Content Management System and administering a Learning Management System; familiarity with Saba a plus
+ Program planning and implementation skills
+ Knowledge of communication principles, media, and marketing techniques
+ Skill in coordinating resources and prioritizing
+ Ability to embrace change enthusiastically
+ Sophisticated writing and editorial skills
+ Experience with geospatial technologies is a plus
- You’ll plan and design curricula for educational programs; research and define educational goals, objectives, and methodologies to meet program goals. - You’ll curate or plan to production extraordinary learning content for platforms to support many delivery types—including self-paced, web, virtual classroom, and classroom. - You’ll manage and facilitate program activities, to include classes, trainings, conferences, seminars, and/or other special projects. - You’ll deliver new learning strategies that engage, inform, excite, and change the behavior of our Apple Maps community. - You’ll drive the entire training development lifecycle, using principles of adult learning theory. - You’ll become a specialist on Apple people and process, strategies, and continuously apply that knowledge in your training solutions and across the organization. - You’ll apply Apple standards to produce training work you're doing in the conversational, intelligent, and sophisticated style that reflects the Apple brand. - You’ll work with people around the world and across Apple—engineering leaders, operations specialists, data scientists, cartographers, program managers, GIS specialists and more—to rapidly capture information, refine objectives, and produce training that’s relevant and of the highest quality.
