**Description**

This role will lead the global expansion of Apple Retail’s connected carrier capabilities. It is focused on foundational programs to support commercial iPhone sales growth. Partner closely with our WW Market Development leaders, Product, Wireless Technology, Product Marketing and other key cross-functional teams. Lead strategic initiatives with carrier and channel partners as needed. She / he will also be responsible for helping drive the commercial success of Apple Retail within our Americas markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the specialist on WW connected services and customer experiences for Apple Retail. Drive expansion of iPhone carrier services globally. Understand and apply sales programs and performance trends expertise to support strategic prioritization of program roadmap and increase sales productivity across all products within your market. Develop deep understanding of market trends, risk and opportunities, local consumer behavior, country plans. Drive Retail Stores sales performance: Field-facing weekly engagement, trend and competitive market analysis. Contribute to executive-facing presentations and updates for the Retail Leadership Team including annual business plans, quarterly priorities, and KPI performance. Engage with key Retail partners from Finance, Retail Marketing, Retail Operations, Digital Commerce, Retail Contact Centers and Store Operations Teams to develop, deploy and drive sales strategies. Collaborate with key partners in other Apple sales channels, including Reseller, and Carrier to build complementary strategies

**Education & Experience**

BA/MBA or equivalent industry experience
