+ At least 5 - 7 years in marketing operations at a game publisher, game studio or other gaming service.
+ Experience with marketing CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaign, or others.
+ Track record of building and optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment.
+ Experience working with engineering, analytics, and product teams to implement new features and programs leveraging those features that promote app downloads and engagement (this includes business and functional requirements).
+ Experience working in an environment communicating with users at scale and high-stakes.
+ Experience managing a small team, with the ability to develop key skills in others.
+ A stellar teammate and able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole.
The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing operations and execution for our Apple Arcade Marketing Operations team. Experience in online gaming services or subscriptions (SAAS) and comfortable with subscription based services with an international footprint at scale. The primary focus of this individual will be to lead the development and execution of our Apple Arcade marketing strategies as well as tracking their performance closely. This role requires a highly motivated self starter who is detail oriented, highly thorough and a love for Apple Arcade. Able to perform under tight deadlines to support game launches and other content promotions. Able to pull and analyze sign-up and engagement data using Numbers, Excel or similar data-analytics tools. Run A/B tests and measure effectiveness for improving the funnel and consumption. Ability to identify KPIs and optimize toward maximizing them. Experience tracking and managing multiple projects to deadline, with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
**Education & Experience**
B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management
