**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Behavioral Health Specialist** **- West Broadway Primary Care Clinic - Council Bluffs, IA**

+ Extensive training and orientation program

+ Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations

+ Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation

+ Thrives in high-paced and active clinical environment, supporting patients in acute crisis situations

**Job Requirements**

+ Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work

+ Must have an active license in state of practice - IA: LMHC or LISW

**Pay Range**

$32.85 - $39.07 /hour
