Payroll Operations Analyst, Senior Associate

As a Payroll Operations Analyst in Payroll, you will be responsible for bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly accurate and timely processing of 170,000 US employees payroll in all states in North America.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Ensure bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly accurate and timely processing of 170,000 US employees payroll in all states in North America

+ Provide highly complex analysis, understanding of the payroll framework, Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and government regulations impacting payroll calculation

+ Apply a deep understanding of the Oracle HCM payroll flows and processes needed to complete both on and off cycle payrolls

+ Apply a deep understanding of Time and Attendance and the impact it has on payroll calculations

+ Understand tax calculations related to gross to net and taxable wages

+ Troubleshoot when issues arise while being able to identify opportunities for process improvement related to reconciliation and controls

+ Review and reconciles payroll accurately while managing multiple payrolls processing simultaneously

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**

+ 5+ years of experience as a payroll analyst, senior analyst or payroll manager

+ 3+ years Oracle HCM Payroll or Oracle Fusion experience required

+ Payroll certification FPP or CPP

+ Experience in more than one payroll function and/or systems

+ Advanced knowledge in payroll reconciliation

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Strong business partnering & acumen
