Job Description:

The Epic Consultant will -

Provide support in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data. This position is responsible for a range of data consulting activities to support process improvement and process management activities. Data consulting activities include data compilation and analysis, dashboard and database development, and report generation. These activities are undertaken and executed in support of organizational goals, to partners with management, project champions, and process owners to deliver results.

Essential Functions: • Experience with interpretation of databases, to include research plans for data gathering and analysis.

• Experience in Epic Clarity Data Model especially with Epic Resolute Data Model and Revenue Cycle.

• Experience in writing complex queries with Epic data model and clarity reporting.

• Designs, develop, and enhances MS Access databases, to include designs menu systems that are effective and user-friendly.

• Proficient with report programming using SSIS, SQL, SSRS, MS Access, Excel, C#, and VBA.• Develops reports with accurate, easy to read, useful information.• Designs and generates tracking and monitoring tools.

• Able to support custom Excel Add-ins• Translates needs, issues, and ideas into effective strategies and action plans for data management and reporting.• Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills, and ability to work within a team.• Ability to express complex analytical and technical information.• Must be an independent self-starter.• Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, openness, and results orientation.• Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

This is a remote position requiring motivated, team-oriented, highly organized resource.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum three years of Epic Clarity consulting experience

+ High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Minimum five years of data consulting experience.

+ Knowledge of Epic Clarity DB.

+ Health care or insurance industry experience.

+ Bachelor's degree OR four years of experience in a directly related field.

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. (   

Role Location: Calculated Hourly Range for role

California: $42.59- $52.59 per hour

Colorado: $42.59 - $52.59 per hour

New York City: $42.59- $52.59 per hour

Washington: $42.59- $52.59 per hour
