KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Community Management to join our Business Process Group.
+ Support the Community Enablement through a deep understanding of the policies, methods, tools and related resources required to maintain and monitor a best-practice Community Enablement program
+ Work across multiple projects, leading the development of community strategies in conjunction with business stakeholders, including helping to identify community objectives addressing business problems and trigger the creation of value by developing a community roadmap to action for key activities, milestones and resources required
+ Determine how best to apply methods, tools and related program governance when establishing communities
+ Help ensures proper integration of relevant C&K offerings into the community by developing content and tools aligned with the community strategy in partnership with community stakeholders and C&K colleagues
+ Advocate for and builds support for the community internally by monitoring and listening to understand stakeholder and community member needs
+ Harvest, curate, manage and share content of interest to members in alignment with the content strategy including creating text-based content (Blog posts, newsletters, etc.) as necessary
+ Minimum 5 years recent experience in a Knowledge Management role
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
+ Strong knowledge of SharePoint, 0365 and web technologies
+ Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of digital technologies and how these are evolving
+ Solid grounding in collaboration & knowledge, including portals, people findability, enterprise collaboration technologies, content management systems and related technologies
+ Established understanding of knowledge and collaboration platform best practices, principles and emerging technologies
