Key Responsibilities

+ **Communication:** Answer multi-line phones, relay messages to nurses, and greet residents, families, and doctors.

+ **Record Keeping:** Update patient charts, file medical documents, and enter resident data into the computer system.

+ **Coordination:** Schedule medical appointments, arrange resident transport, and order medical office supplies.

+ **Compliance:** Follow HIPAA rules to keep all resident health information private and secure.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Required - High School or Equivalent

+ Preferred - Technical - Unit Secretary
