Team Member Relations Coordinator

The Team Member Relations Coordinator provides professional consultation and support to leaders and team members across the Behavioral Health division. This role partners closely with leadership to address employee relations matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a positive and consistent work environment across multiple sites.

This position requires strong employee relations expertise, attention to detail, and experience supporting compliance efforts within a regulated healthcare environment.

**Your Role Within the Team:**

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters within the Behavioral Health division.

+ Provide consultation to leaders on performance management, corrective action, disciplinary processes, and policy interpretation.

+ Conduct internal audits, investigations, and compliance reviews, including support related to AHCA and DCF regulatory requirements.

+ Partner with leadership and team members to resolve workplace concerns in a fair, timely, and consistent manner.

+ Support team member engagement initiatives and provide ongoing education and training to leaders and staff.

+ Ensure compliance with applicable policies, employment laws, and regulatory standards.

+ Work collaboratively across multiple Behavioral Health locations as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

**Experience Requirements:**

+ Required - 3 years - Human Resources; Required - 5 years - Related experience in lieu of Bachelors; Preferred - 2 years - Healthcare Management in related field.

**Education Requirements:**

+ Required - Bachelors - Human Resources; Or - Bachelors - Related Field; Preferred - Masters - Human Resources; Preferred - Masters - Related Field

**Location:** Clearwater, FL

**Status:** Full-time, Exempt: Yes

**Shift Hours:** 8am–5pm
