BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Speech Therapist - Pool/PRN** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. **Speech Therapist** **Responsibilities:**

+ Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.

+ Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

**Requirements:**

+ CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ Speech Therapy License

+ Required Master's Speech Therapy

+ Preferred Doctorate Speech Therapy

+ 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
