**Job Summary:**

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Morton Plant Rehab, you will work in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care, including:

+ Administering medications

+ Providing therapy and interventions

+ Assisting in treatment plans to support patient recovery

+ Ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and patient-centered care

**Minimum Qualifications:**

**_Education:_**

+ **Required:** High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

_Certifications & Licensure:_

+ **Required:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

+ **Required:** 30-hour IV Certification

+ **Required:** Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

**_Experience:_**

+ **Preferred:** At least one year of experience as an LPN

+ **Preferred:** Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care
