**Summary:**
+ Assist the Chief Compliance Officer to continuously develop the Health Plans Compliance and Ethics Programs.
+ Plan, develop, and perform reviews and audits to monitor compliance with federal and state regulations/guidance, delegation oversight and internal policies and procedures.
+ Identify root causes of deficiencies, create corrective actions plans and conduct follow-up reviews to validate adherence. Have expert knowledge of laws, regulations, and related matters relevant to the operations of government sponsored Health Plans.
+ Possess a high level of motivation and professionalism and demonstrates ethical conduct and good judgment at all times.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Experience:**
+ 5 years of Medicare compliance experience
**Education:**
+ Required - Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Finance; Or - Bachelors - Related Field
