BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a **Behavioral Health Therapist Pool** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **Morton Plant!**

+ **Facility:** Morton Plant

+ **Location:** Clearwater, FL

+ **Status:** Pool, Exempt: No

+ **Shift Hours:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

+ **Weekend Work:** Every, weekend only shifts

+ **On Call:** No

**The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:**

+ Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.

+ Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation.

+ Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources.

+ Performing other duties as assigned.

* This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.

**Required Certification/License:**

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ Driver's License

+ Driver's License LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Preferred

**Required Education:**

+ Master's in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field

**Experience:**

+ 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship. - Required

+ 1 year of relevant experience with Master's - Preferred
