Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: overseeing database governance, dashboard reporting, and technical solutions for all products in operations which often requires application development. In addition to managing the full life cycle of complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, testing and functionality. Uses expertise and leadership skills to direct staff, resolve project issues and ensure project goals and requirements are met as the Systems Integration Manager functions as a liaison for departmental managers and IT.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage an application/technical team responsible for creating innovative solutions to business problems.
+ Set the strategic direction for the team and drive the team towards a strategic vision through inspiring leadership.
+ Prioritize and maintain the production schedule for new enhancements, providing business specifications and all system testing (UAT).
+ Manage the production environment including change management and issue resolution.
+ Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principals, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing systems integration analysts and applications development projects and programs.
+ Analyzes, codes, tests and documents routine enhancements made to new and/or existing programs.
+ Interprets business requirements and identifies solutions to meet business objectives.
+ Oversees the advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution functions for software products.
+ Coordinates project resources for application projects with minor complexity.
+ Develop strong relationships with IT teams. Collaborate with them on projects, strategy, execution, issue resolution and efficiency improvements.
+ Develop strong relationships with business partners. Understand their strategy and business goals and work with them to complete projects to achieve their objectives.
+ Other duties as required.
Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
+ Typically has 7 -10 years of IT and business work experience including managing team(s) in a systems analysis and/or programming functions.
+ Strong data-mining/data analysis experience with a variety of database platforms (DB2, SQL Server, etc.).
+ Experience with SAS programming and SQL query-building, with extensive experience in designing and building repeatable/automated reports (SAS certification desired but not required).
+ Position requires the ability to establish self as a leader, to not only perform in a leadership role, but to also be recognized by other divisions and business partners as a leader. Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact well, and in a positive manner.
+ In-depth business or functional expertise as well as knowledge of applicable policies and procedures required.
+ Broad working knowledge of banking products and operations required.
+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required.
+ Advanced experience with MS Products required.
