Job Description:

The North America Market Operation Warehouse Operations - provides an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to obtain the unique and rare skill of Warehouse Capacity Planning. The role is a very fast-paced atmosphere that requires learning quickly and thinking on your feet. The individual in this role will be challenged at times but will leave fulfilled with a sense of directly contributing to the bottom line, have a voice in the business, and working alongside a great team of like-minded partners, all pushing toward a common goal. Responsible to lead delivery of warehouse operations targets for Service, Cost, Cash and Stewardship of one of multiple Distribution Centers/Warehouses, by ensuring that they have the capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements.

Job Qualifications


+ Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Applied Math, Statistics, Marketing, or similar Business related degree (other related degree and/or work-related experience).

Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:

+ 0-3 years experience preferred

+ Highly desire an individual with capability in data visualization (Tableau, etc.) and analytics tools (Knime, R, etc.)

+ Demonstrated leadership ability. Individual must provide direction and leadership within the scope of their analytics engagement as well as drive competencies within the NA Market Operation organization and broader NA SNO population.

+ Demonstrated ability for priority setting. There will be multiple analytics projects occurring in parallel so this individual will need to be capable of prioritizing based on business value and urgency to ensure the best return for the region.

+ Demonstrated ability to define business problems with quality. Individual will need to guide analytics requestors through clear definition and documentation of business case to ensure quality deliverables.

+ Highly desired that this individual has experience within Product Supply/Supply Network Operations work functions (e.g. Demand/Supply Planning, T&W, MSO, CSO, MFG, etc.) but not required. Individual will be expected to develop mastery across the supply chain within role.

+ Strong communication skills. Individual will need to be able to clearly communicate the analytics/insights to all stakeholders with differing levels of background/expertise.

+ Flexibility with a strong desire to have fun.
