The Opportunity
This role will provide administrative and planning support to the growing Home Care Media Team. We are an in-house media agency, providing media planning and execution support to our biggest Home Care brands. You will be a critical team member that helps us provide the best day-to-day operations and media innovation. We are a small, but growing team and we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that can help us as we expand.
Job Description
Major responsibilities will include:
+ Media Team Administrative Support-Calendar Management, Meeting Management, Travel, Expense Reports
+ Support of Media Authorizations and Reconciliations. Some additional budgeting work, as needed.
+ Support Monthly Media Meetings with the HC Leadership Team, Media Day and Trainings throughout the year
+ Coordination of e-Retail media authorizations and integration with brand/customer teams

+ Strong interest in the work and willing to be ‘hands-on’ involved in solving unique business and process challenges that will shape the future of P&G.

+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Budget management experience
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
