Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. KPMG is currently seeking a Sr Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.
+ Manage workstreams associated with Marketing Automation / Campaign Management implementations and migrations (Acoustic Campaign, HubSpot, Unica/HCL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo)
+ Solution configuration requirements collection: Users, Data Config, Migration, Integration
+ Scope and estimate implementation and migration efforts: solution config, campaign build, campaign testing, IP warming, training of end users
+ Exhibit a clear understanding of typical customer data flows and structures and how they are used to drive engagement and marketing efforts
+ Participate in client engagements that focus on the evaluation of client technology capabilities to determine gaps in enabling the client strategic vision, specifically in areas of: Campaign Management, Email Marketing, Direct Marketing, Customer Engagement, Customer Personalization
+ Collaborate with highly skilled KPMG and client work teams throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables meets expected standards, mentor more junior team members to enable career development
+ Minimum four years of recent management consulting experience and project delivery with a minimum of two years of experience leading teams, experience with Agile Methodology a plus
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
+ Management consulting experience is required with previous experience with campaign management or marketing automation solutions: Acoustic Campaign, HubSpot, Unica/HCL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo
+ Strong understanding of modern marketing processes and technology capabilities around the following areas: Marketing Workflow, Reviews & Approvals, Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Lead Management and Engagement, Personalization & Customer Experience, Customer Data Management
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
+ Ability to travel as needed, may be between 80-100%
