+ **Design the vision for what datadriven marketing looks like in the path to purchase–** This role will be charged with more widely solving our consumer’sfood needs. We will look to you to accelerate how our brands activateacross channels using data and insights to more precisely target consumerswith personalized and contextually relevant messaging. This includestraining brands and categories how to market in a digital first economy.
+ **Help define consumerexperiences that combine the physical and digital experiences –** To ensure we engage and serve across occasions and build worldclass brands,you will partnercross functionally with global and regional teams to train and embed datadriven marketing activations across channels and pilot programs for our highestpriority opportunities in the most attractive markets.
+ **Set us up for success to unlockgrowth–** We believe in working with creative peoplelike you. You will get to use new and unique assets to promote Kelloggproducts in support of a data driven marketing operating model. Thisincludes partnering with digital enablement on MarTech/AdTech, datastrategy & insights, experience planners, media, brand & categoryteams, integrated marketing and IT.

**YOUR RECIPE FORSUCCESS**
+ 7-10+ years in Consumer Experience
+ Deep understanding of marketing technology, consumer media, journeymapping, and persona development
+ Regional or Global Scope of Experience
+ Experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Goods
