KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Sector Operations - Financial Services to join our Clients & Markets organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate as a supporting member of the cross-functional Financial Services Sector leadership team

+ Help organize and participate in the development and execution of the Sector's growth strategy and goals

+ Effectively represent the Sector leadership team; clearly articulate the Sector's overall strategy and objectives with key constituents and stakeholders

+ Collaborate with the cross-functional Sector leadership team and Clients and Markets leadership in the ongoing development and execution of training and industry community initiatives

+ Support the completion of sector-specific initiatives and requests driven by Global Markets (account planning, Sector business planning)

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of seven years of combined experience in the following areas: operational/strategy business, client service or project management experience; preferably within a professional services firm

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

+ Experience in business plan development, strategy, analysis and execution is a plus

+ Project management experience

+ Experience facilitating diverse stakeholders around complex issues

+ Domain knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services sector/business
