Commercial Banking - Client Insights & Analytics Manager - Vice President

The Commercial Bank delivers extensive industry knowledge, local expertise and seamless global capabilities to clients -including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, real estate investors/ owners, and not-for-profit organizations - with annual revenue generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. We offer a comprehensive set of financial products and services including credit, asset-based lending, real estate finance and treasury services. We also provide clients with access to the full suite of investment banking and asset management services.

The Company Insights Analytics Manager will lead data-driven efforts to identify high potential companies in support of key Commercial Banking business initiatives, including Community Banking, Sustainable industries, and High Growth companies. These Analytics Manager will leverage both internal and external data to not only identify high potential targets, but also to keep these efforts evergreen and continually improving.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Use advanced analytics technology to identify and target companies for key CB initiatives

+ Perform ad-hoc and project-based analytics across complete CB client and prospect universe

+ Work directly with the business leads and strategy to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into the continuing improvement process

Qualifications

+ 7+ years of experience in data analytics, insights, or financial analysis preferred

+ Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred

+ Significant experience in data analysis, ML analytical technology and tools (e.g. Python)

+ Experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking

+ Strong background across data platforms and emerging technologies

+ Must be highly analytical and have strong communication and presentation skills

+ Strong leadership skills

+ Ability to prioritize deliverables and manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously

+ Build strong partnerships and influence change; superior collaboration, teamwork and diplomacy skills
