Senior Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Specialty Segment Deposit Product team as part of Consumer and Business Deposits. This team is responsible for developing strategic product value propositions, experiences, and go-to market strategies that drive customer and balance growth with high customer satisfaction. As a key member on the team, you will be responsible for financial product management for youth, students, and customers in our diverse and specialty segments. You will be responsible for creating products and solutions that are relevant for customers and competitive in the marketplace. You'll manage products and solutions to drive growth, improve experiences, and mitigate risks.

**In** **this role, you will:**

+ Develop strategies for consumer financial products such as checking and savings, as well as solutions and customer experiences.

+ Design, implement and work with key stakeholders to manage financial products for defined customer segments.

+ Develop products and oversees product management and strategic focus for consumer checking and savings products and solutions and customer experiences.

+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on innovative products and solutions to meet customer needs.

+ Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management to develop insights to inform the strategy product design and solutions, and experiences we deliver to the customer.

+ Develop and influence business plans and metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.

+ Articulate product strategy and vision, define scope, establish measurable goals, and provide direction on building, changing, and managing deposit products, solutions, and experiences.

+ Engage, collaborate, and influence leaders, stakeholders, partners, subject matter experts, project managers and delivery teams companywide.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to unique customer needs, such as youth and students, and customers in our diverse and specialty segments.

+ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story.

+ Detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisions.

+ Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery.

+ Experience working in an Agile organization.

+ Proven track record of delivering results.

+ Self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams.

+ Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

+ Strong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resources.

+ Strong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills.

+ Proven ability to influence, educate and advocate for an idea or vision and gain alignment.

+ Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems.

+ Comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, and other business partners.

+ Strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions and to develop creative, break-through approaches supporting improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies.

+ Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skills.

+ Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills.

+ High level of proficiency with data, analysis, metrics and financials to identify opportunities or understand problems.

**Job Expectations:**

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
