Job Summary

.

The Master Data Implementation Coordinator is responsible for working directly with Canteen Master Data to ensure integrity, accuracy and completeness. This process results in the successful capture, review and blending of product-level data from disparate sources, powering analytics and internal business systems. The purpose of this position is to package, launch and track new programs and client initiatives. This position works closely with Client Managers, Field Support and internal senior management to facilitate work flow, assist with execution of projects and new client programs and provide project status updates.

Responsibilities:

+ Engage in the ongoing and detailed evaluation and monitoring of data quality, integrity, accuracy and consistency

+ Identification of anomalies and discrepancies, and the contribution of expertise to understand the root cause and implement corrective measures

+ Profile data to identify gaps/problems and recommend viable options to resolve

+ Participate in project and technology design reviews

+ Define/support new standards if applicable

+ Actively engage with key internal and external technology partners

+ Analyze the impact of any new requirements on existing solutions

+ Estimation of efforts for issue-resolution and change requests

+ Responsible for establishing data-quality metrics and requirements

+ Filter feedback to the Core Master Data team on how to improve process and data quality

+ Create and maintain appropriate functional documentation

+ Participate in User Acceptance Testing of new functionality

+ Collaborate with the business SME to resolve data governance, data quality and technical issues related to data ingestion

Qualifications:

+ 3 - 5 years of experience in data management

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Detailed knowledge of data governance and quality management concepts

+ Experience working within MDM and / or large ERP systems preferred

+ Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets

+ Strong organizational and follow-up skills

+ Experience working with implementing changes or processes related to data systems

+ Proficient in advanced Excel and Access functionality

+ Experience using Power BI preferred

+ Detail-oriented

+ Analytical problem solving

+ Flexible/Adapts well to change
