+ Follow structured Agile processes
+ Collaborate in teams to focus on improvement and organization
+ Lead team retrospectives to uncover insights
+ Mentor and transfer agile knowledge to the team
+ Facilitate or guide a software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles focusing on improving team effectiveness.
+ Remove blockers and perform risk management tasks related to ROAM (Resolved, Owned, Accepted, and Mitigated).
+ 3-5 years experience working in Agile
+ 5+ years professional work experience
+ Experience working in Scrum
+ Experience working in SAFE
+ SAFe SSM certification
+ Bachelors degree
+ Experience work with the mortgage loan domain.
An active security
clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
