Key Responsibilities: Interpret biological responses to KRAS inhibitors, focusing on adaptation, clonal evolution, and residual disease. Develop and analyze mouse models for studying the biology of KRAS and its role in cancer. Innovate therapeutic strategies aimed at managing minimal residual disease in KRAS-driven models. **Position Title:** Discovery Postdoctoral Fellow - KRAS Biology **Role Requirements:** What You'll Bring to the Role: * Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D. in Molecular or Cellular Biology or a related subject area. * A record of academic excellence, evidenced by publications, awards, fellowships, etc. * A strong independent thinker with a focus on discovery and problem-solving, and a keen curiosity about the biological sciences. * Strong organizational skills, dedication to conducting research of the highest quality, and a keen learner's attitude. * Hands-on in vivo experience with mouse models is beneficial. * Familiarity with standard molecular and cell biology techniques. * Experience in functional genetic screening, transcriptomic profiling methods, and data analysis would be advantageous, but not mandatory as training in these areas is provided. * Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment, encouraging productive research collaborations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
