**Job Title** : Manager Finance – Home Appliance Division Supply Chain
**Location** : Boca Raton
**Reports To** : Director Finance, Home Appliance Division Supply Chain
The Manager – Home Appliance Supply Chain will support all Global Supply Chain Finance initiatives for Newell Brands’ Home Appliance business including the Crock-Pot, Mr. Coffee, Oster, and Sunbeam brands. The key responsibilities include supporting monthly performance management cycle, Productivity Initiatives, and Strategic Projects.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Lead the monthly Global Supply Chain Finance reporting cycle and assist team in preparation and validation of required slides
+ Act as primary finance liaison on center led projects such as CORE, Mariana, Switches, and others
+ Assist in KPI development and tracking for Supply Chain finance team
+ Provide support to the Director of Operations Finance and overall finance leadership in the development and implementation of strategic vision, goals, and objectives
+ Drive operations reporting consolidation and perform varied ad hoc analyses on the business across stated strategic priorities as business needs arise
+ Identify and/or track risks and opportunities
+ Assist with internal and external audit requests
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university;Masters of Business Administration preferable
+ Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial budgeting, reporting and/or accounting in consumer driven industries
+ Exhibits strong personal accountability, self-motivation & attention to detail
+ Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
+ Demonstrated record of solid career progression
+ Global experience, working with members of different business units, utilizing language and cultural skills required in global work environment
+ Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within a team environment
+ Prior leadership experience over direct reports and cross functional indirect reports
+ Strong skills working in a team environment.
+ Must have experience maintaining high level of activity working with several projects simultaneously.
+ Ability to operate with a continuous improvement mindset
+ Business modeling tools with ability to learn Oracle/Hyperion, SAP, and other necessary financial systems.
+ Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint programs
+ PowerBI development experience a plus
