Title: Janitorial Account Manager
Hours:The ideal candidates will have open availability from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm in addition to morning/evening hours and special/unexpected events when needed.
Location: Blacksburg, VA
Experience Required:It is a priority that the successful candidate possesses 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity; Four year degree and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Excellent people and leadership skills;Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team. Knowledge of human resource policies and practices, including development of staffing plans and job descriptions, employee relations, training, safety, benefit administration and succession planning.
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
Responsibilities:The Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction,account retention and strong employee relations.Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control,troubleshooting/ problem solving, orientation/training ofsupervisory and support personnel, safety compliance, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost effective manner.
