**Job Summary:**
**As a** **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** **at Morton Plant Rehab, you will work in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for delivering** **compassionate, evidence-based** **patient care, including:**
+ **Administering medications**
+ **Providing therapy and interventions**
+ **Assisting in treatment plans to support patient recovery**
+ **Ensuring the highest level of** **clinical excellence** **and patient-centered care**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**_Education:_**
+ **Required:** **High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)**
**_Certifications & Licensure:_**
+ **Required:** **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License**
+ **Required:** **30-hour IV Certification**
+ **Required:** **Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification**
**_Experience:_**
+ **Preferred:** **At least** **one year** **of experience as an LPN**
+ **Preferred:** **Experience in a** **Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care**
