**HOW Senior C# Developer WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**

+ Performs all phases of the software development lifecycle

+ Analyzes user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs

+ Creates a variety of models and diagrams that show programmers the software code needed for an application

+ Performs software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs

+ Provides analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status

+ Advises on the software or system for optimal documentation and future maintenance and updates

+ May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals


+ **Education** : BA/BA in Computer Science or equivalent

+ **Required Experience** : Minimum of 10 years’ development experience

+ **Security Clearance Level** : Public Trust

+ **Required Skills and Abilities:**

+ Senior C# developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications utilizing MVS, Web API RESTful web services and Entity Framework.

+ Moderate Web User Interface development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft ASP.NET, CORE Razor and jQuery.

+ Microsoft SQL development skills

+ Git repository and Agile

+ Apache Kafka

+ **Location** : On-site in Wilkes Barre, PA (USPS customer site) OR Off-site


+ Monday – Friday, 8-hour days
